Company begins accepting reservations for the first five serial-numbered 50-foot modules at $5 million each, with exclusive leaseback and guaranteed buyback
BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. — September 4, 2026 — SeaTrain Technology, LLC, a pioneer in sustainable maritime solutions, today announced it is accepting reservations for the first five 50-foot Golden Glider™ modules — the initial production series of America’s Golden Glider fleet. Each module is a physical, serial-numbered asset priced at $5 million under limited founders pricing, offered with an exclusive leaseback to SeaTrain and a guaranteed buyback at the original purchase price.
The offering marks the commercial launch of SeaTrain’s patented modular submersible cargo system. Golden Gliders are remotely operated, unmanned vessels powered by variable-buoyancy propulsion. They move quietly underwater without engines, fuel, or emissions and are designed for commercial cargo, energy, and defense missions. The modular architecture is intended to support automotive-style series production in U.S. shipyards.

The Founders Offering
SeaTrain is offering five 50-foot Golden Glider modules only under these terms. Reservations are assigned to specific serial numbers as they are accepted in writing: STT-LC050-00001 through STT-LC050-00005. Modules reserved after the first five will be offered under terms to be announced.
Each purchaser receives title to the module and leases it exclusively to SeaTrain Technology, LLC. SeaTrain pays $1,000,000 per year for the selected term and, at term end, buys the module back at the original $5,000,000 purchase price.

The Technology
SeaTrain™ Golden Gliders are patented modular submersible cargo vessels. Variable-buoyancy propulsion uses ocean physics rather than combustion to move cargo below the surface. Autonomous, unmanned operation removes crew cost and weather-deck exposure. Modules are designed to be independently powered, swap-enabled, and produced in series — supporting rapid scale in American yards of varying size.
The technology is under review at the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) for New Technology Qualification (NTQ). Company patents were granted during the current Administration’s first 100 days, coinciding with the Executive Order “Restoring America’s Maritime Dominance” and congressional work on the SHIPS Act.
